Are you interested in becoming more involved with TAKE ON HATE? Volunteer with our team as a TAKE ON HATE ally! The first step is to sign up for our Ally Training* on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, for one of these two shifts:

• First Session | 4:30 to 6 p.m.
• Second Session | 6:30 to 8 p.m.

You will receive training on civic engagement, community building, global citizenship, social and racial justice frameworks and volunteering basics. Among other concepts, you will learn how to be an active listener and how to understand the media (i.e. deconstruct bias in media and dominant narratives).

We'll also share upcoming volunteer opportunities, so that you can begin your work as a TAKE ON HATE ally right away!
